Are there any stations around lake Houston that offer ethanol free gasoline?

I wish.
It's scarce around here, the refining epicenter of the universe, but plentiful in Northwest Arkansas.
Go figure.
Post up if you find any.

steve you can buy aviation gas at the Baytown Airport I take four five gallon gas cans over there and get mine it is 100 octan a lot of race car drivers buy it there it is about seventy five cents higher than premiem I run it in my 15 horse and all my two cycle lawn toys it has a two year shelf life.

I don't know.....ethanol is used to oxygenate and raise octane. I think aviation gas still has some lead in it, but I'm not 100% sure about that.
Oregon and Arkansas allow no ethanol premium to be sold.
After 35 years in the biggest refinery on Hwy225 one would think I should know. One would think.

I just did maintenance on my bay boat with a Yamaha 150HP four stroke. No crud in the under cowling fuel filter or the spin on fuel/water separator. It has been sitting in the garage with a half a tank of Shell 87 in it since February. Crossing my fingers and carrying spare fuel filters.

It's fuel injected. So far it's been flawless...65 hours.
It's also about triple dosed with Startron.

I used to be all hot and bothered about ethanol free gas. I have a year 2000. two stroke 90 merc.

I use a fuel-water seperator (walmart/sierra) and an inline filter near the carb. I also use seafoam and marine stabil.

Ive had fuel that was 8 months old and it ran fine. I wouldnt push it more than that and my boat is not in stored inthe water so everyone is different.

Previous owner swore he only used ethanol free fuel and a bought it with af full tank of it from him. Boat did run a little faster with his fuel (maybe 1,2mph) but its still plenty fast.

I changed my hoses under the cowling Just because and they were in good shape.

I use the ethanol booster also about 1 to 2 ounces when I add gas to the tank.
I only fill up the tank enough to last about two trips, so that I'm always adding some fresh gas.
