I did the last 2 crappie tournaments. Only 2 boats showed?? I know the rains got the lake screwed up , the fish are on some crazy patterns. Makes it an even playing field for everybody! Just gotta work harder for em!

Been fun trying to find em. Even if water's up, flowing fast, murky, crappie still gotta eat! Found them in close to the shallows. Scattered between 2-5 feet but only on (and under)submerged timber or boat docks. Caught 2 nice keepers, 15 throwbacks. Had 2 nice ones break the line. . Nothin hittin jig unless a minnow was attached it seemed.

very nicely done. when conditions are bad like this it is hard to get

people into a tournament if they have to drive a long way to get

there . They want to enjoy it they know it going to be a very hard day

fishing . About all you will get on those days are the people that

live right there on the lake.

You did very good in tough conditions.

Hey Lamar,

Did you catch any of those leftover fish from the bridge Sunday afternoon when I left to relocate that cut-off limb to the PVC pipe???
