Went out and gave it a shot today. A little on the chilly side but warmed up. Started at the old reliable railroad trestles. I would say less than 2" visibility. Not a bite. Decided to venture up the east fork for the first time since I had a buddy with me to steer me straight. Usually throw a 1/16oz roadrunner but started with a silver and black tiny trap. Picked up a bass in less than 3' of water. Next cast caught a crappie, 11" Switched to my old reliable roadrunner after that. Ended up catching 2 crappie, 4 white bass, and 7 largemouth (largest one 18"), all scattered and less than 5' of water. Salvaged what was looking like a "shouldn't have burned a day of vacation"
