had a pretty good day today in trinity bay the flounder and trout are running deep -- been awhile since been out

very nice mixed bag. Must have been fun.
did you catch them on artificial .
they runnig deep because of to much
fresh water on top.

live shrimp -- they were feeding pretty crazy, got a couple flounder as soon as it hit the water so they were aggressive -- we were fishing 4 to 6 ft deep -- couple others in the area were fishing lures and caught some but live bait was doing much better

I haven't caught any flounder in a while, need to go find some. Last time I was out dolphins would not leave us alone. Hoping this weeks cold front will kick start the flounder run. Planning a trip over to Louisiana next month, going to fish the channel at Cameron. Hopefully, I hit it right and can load up on some flounder.
