Big fat zero. Not one bite in 3 hrs..... between cold front and muddy river it was tough. Did see a decent size gator. Very few people on lake. Caney was stained and East Fork was muddy.

Fishing is tough right now for sure. Be maybe another month for this water to clean up.My boat is down right now and hoping the water will clean up by the time I get it back running.

Did LHA fish today? I was curious the outcome. I only saw two bass boats all day.

A bunch of bass boats roared past Scott’s Point at 7:00 am so someone fished something...
I could barely get back to sleep...

They had to have struggled with that post front. It was season ender so most money on the line for this group is this weekend. I was out for about an hour yesterday, daughter got cold after that, and we had no bites.

Kisndismis,

I looked for your truck at Dunnam. You fish early or late? I fished from about 11 to 2:30 or so.

Yah Raptor "late " for me, I was on water at 830 or so and off by 10, daughter not liking the cool air as much as me.

I spoke to my old tourney partner and he told me he blanked both days. I told him I would not have come back Sunday if I had 0 on Sat. You cant win a tourney on day 1 but you can damn sure lose it. Told me guys that won had 15lbs or so Sat with a 7lb fish anchoring. Water temps 75 or so wind did not drop it but a few degrees.

Fish bit pretty good for us early Saturday with wind blowing pretty good but once sun came out and wind laid down it got slow. Caught a bunch of little ones in the afternoon. Sunday was tough but did win second place big bass close to 3.5lbs. All in all tough tournament. 7 fish for about 16lbs for us
