always fun to watch just a couple questions
to help some of the beginners.
I see you were using several style and size
corks . do you have a preference when fishing
shallow bream or deep bream. What weight
jig head do the bream like. does the color of
jig head matter or are the bream just after the
crappie nibble . what color head worked best
most of the time.

I'll use almost any style cork except a slip cork, lots of hits come when the jig is falling and with a cigar float or spring clip float you'll see the cork tick....
Color of jig does matter as I've changed jigs and the bite totally turns around....
Olive on this lake seems to be the ticket however brown, green, black and pink in variations have gotten bit very well also....
Regardless of jig color a crappie nibble is almost always needed....
Jig sizes I'm having the best luck with is 1/64 and 1/32....

In order for me to use a slip float I'd have to be fishing deeper than my rods length, more than likely then I'd just vertical jig.... No I don't like slip floats....LOL It's like tossing your jig out letting it free fall....IMO

Dutch LOL.... That big'un at the beginning I never had a chance to set the hook.....

Side Note: Load your box with several colors and let the FISH tell you what they want at the time and place you're fishing.... There are no SPECIFIC rules as to what color will work....

This applies to any and all species and types of fish.....
