Looking for a bait shop on the Kingwood side of Lake Houston that sells minnows. Any ideas?

I don't think there is one. I live in Kingwood, and haven't found one.

the closest place I have found is at the gas station at the north east intersection of 1485 & 59 in New Caney. I usually get the night before when they resupply their stockpile around 9 pm. the have extra feisty and they throw in extras in case you need a snack

My daughter lives in Kingwood so I looked up the closest bait camp.
OT's Bait Camp. Here's the URL. You probably know about it by now, but just in case.

Here's a map:

OT's closed a while ago...

The two closest I know of are Joe's across the lake on 2100 and the gas station on 1485...Long haul for minners...s'why I started asking a bunch of questions to SK and sticko. Jigs are easier to find and work better!!!

All the boat launch sites sell minners. If I ever buy any, that's where I'll get mine. There aren't any in Kingwood. I'll stick to jiggin. Be a good place to open a bait shop. Just sayin...

not sure on the west side. jen and dave at sheldon resivoir sell

them by the pound . Good if fishing the south end .

Bj marina sell them by the pound also . You get a lot more for

your money buying by the pound.
