Went out Sat am for a little bit ended up with 3 bass from the Bayou (10in, 16in, and 17in). Water is stained but clear. I went up the east fork mainly for just sight seeing and to check out my old spots and then called it quits.

Anyone have any idea what happened to that big stump that was in the middle of Luce Bayou? It used to be marked but I am sure that washed away.

What does the pipeline area from the Trinity look like?

I would still be careful around where that big stump was in the bayou it

is massive and rooted in the ground i would not think any tree stump that
is rooted to the bottom is going to float off. Only trees that have fallen
into the lake and nothing to hold them from floating. I guess the mud could have
washed out around them but i sure would not go running through there till
i made sure it was not there. i have seen to many boats torn up on that stump.

There were crappie guys fishing that stump on Saturday. So I agree with Mr Sticko on this one.
