Me and a couple buds took the yaks down to the Crosby area to try and fish some old sand pits. Roads into the pits were too muddy so we needed a plan B. We decided to fish the river and launched at Banana Bend Park. Never been in this area so completely new area. We caught a few bass but nothing of any size. Quite by accident we did run into a couple of these guys.

This is my brother with his red caught on a craw worm.
