We launched at Dunham and rode over to Luces and fished pads with no luck, tried a few main lake spots and friend missed one. We then started moving around and only managed 1 each for the day. Temps 83-87 clarity is incredible for L Houston, like trout green!

I launched at Northshore off Hamblen yesterday and fished oilwell cut, great clarity 84 degrees. 1 lmb and 1 white bass.

Last few trips no wind at all, great clarity but no activity on top at all.

Did catch a 16in crappie on a minnow fishing with kids at a KW pond Sat evening though and they all caught fish so that was highlight of my weekend.

Man I haven't been on the lake in 3 weeks. I have lost all contact with the Black Bass in the lake. They are probably not biting lures cause they can see clearly that they are plastic

I am about to take up golf again honestly next summer when the bite slows down significantly in July. I am still wanting to bich about the water level being so low though, too much bass structure out of water. Another 1-1.5 would be optimal.
