Friday water temp was 61-63 degrees overcast a bit windy. Caught nice whites at not a sure fast rate but steady. Sat was 55 to 56 degrees and windy but a bit more sunlight. Are those conditions listed viable enough to explain the dead halt in conditions? I did same place and same lures the day before. I feel I might have still been catching the early birds from last weeks rains/current. Were the still there? Did they rush back to the main lake? Or did they just get turned off over night?....really scratching my head here.

did you slow down and work the bottom what was the barometric pressure. what caused

such a drop in temp. was the sky without cloud cover. clear blue.

whites won't go back this early they are moving on up stream to

lay their eggs.

sometimes when the surface temps drop like that over night

the fish will move deeper to the warmer water .
