Left side below is the classic straight in the oil with some minced garlic. On the right is a little bit more elaborate. Lemon grass, some curry, and a couple of other spices I can't name. Both are great with home made fish sauce, sautéed veggies in the same oil left side white bass was fried in, and white steamed rice. While some fish for game, I fish it to eat. :-) While we are on the topic, wanted to get your opinion on something.

I'm very close to salt water, if I was to fish a limit of flounders, five outside of November, is it legal to trade with someone who, say fished a limit of white bass? :-)

Dishes look great Hop!
I don't see why you wouldn't be able to trade but give flounder got a limit if white bass is not a even trade.....the guy getting the flounder is winning big time!!IMO

Just wanted to make sure. Always want to abide by the law and regulations. Honestly I asked mom the other day, do you want flounders or white bass? and she said white bass. So yeah, there goes my salt water fishing. lol But she said, pompano is number one! Problem is, pomps are hard to catch.

Mom is absolutely correct about the Pompano but like you said they are very seasonal & then hard to catch. They are one of the best eating fish there is!

I agree, flounder trump just about any other fish. Debone them and stuff with crab meat. Man... Pompano are definitely #1 and then snapper IMO.

If a person has a legal limit of White Bass, or any fish for that matter, and another has a legal limit of any kind of fish, I can't see any reason why they can't trade. I would certainly do it, especially if I was the guy with the White Bass!
By the way Hop, that's some real good looking fried fish and veggies you have there.
