1st--SK--7 Fish-9.81lbs--Big Fish-1.49lbs (Big Fish Winner)

2nd--Butz--7 Fish-8.60lbs--Big Fish-1.38lbs

3rd--Gett'n Jiggy--7 Fish-4.56lbs--Big Fish-0.76lbs

Congrats to us few that got out to fish today, the fish bit good most of the day. Thanks to the few of us that showed up & an even BIGGER THANKS to Craphac, he's saved two of my recent fishn trips. One trip my TM remote took a dump & he let me use his & today I was running late this morning & when I switched vehicles I forgot my RODS...all of'em.... there's nothing worse than realizing you don't have a rod to fish with when your already at the lake....

Can't say I've ever heard of someone going to a fishing tourney without his rod...
Must have been some morning...

Congrats to first place winner and big fish winner SK
congrats to those that made the tournament and all had limits to weigh in.
glad the fish bit good for you i struggled on Friday had to fish slow and be
bumping the wood to get a bite and could only get one bite per pile although
the fish i caught were good fish.

Also would like say congrats to the MVP of the tournament Craphac,

Sk you are going to have to put that man on the payroll . without him
you may have had to cut a cane pole if you had some line to tie to it.
I think we have all done things like that. My Boss one time forgot
to take his Hunting rifle on a week long deer hunt way out of town.

Congrats on the fish SK and Jim!! Craphac, it was very nice meeting you finally! Saw you on the water a few times yesterday. sticko, I got all my fish off one pile that I didn't even see. Got a bite and threw my marker over, caught 3 more fish before I finally went right over the top of it and saw what it was.

Was tough work, glad you caught some fish too yesterday!

Time on tha water is more valuable than anything... specially now with stuff moved all round in tha lake.....

Thanks y'all....

I was asking myself how I could've been such a DA for not remembering my rods, guess I should've did like I usually have done by putting everything in one place that I needed....
Hopefully I learned something from that.....

I ain't use to using mono anymore, that stuff is like a rubber band.....
I'll be letting Craphac use one of my rods to see if he likes the Berkley Fireline...
It was impossible to use a lite weight jig with mono, not that I'm complaining but to give a lil bit of knowledge....
That braid for sure helps me detect lite thumps as I had trouble feeling them while using the mono this w-end....

Don't sell yourself short sticko! Without you, Dobby and SK, I probably wouldn't even be fishing these tournaments to begin with.

SK, if that ever happens again, just tell everyone you went Bruce Lee on the crappie and caught them by hand!!

so, my son was in cross country and track in high school. constantly forgetting things for the events. I once thought he would forget his head if he didn't have his neck holding it on.
The coach knew we brought him things he had forgotten all the time. Coach was fully aware of his forgetfulness. On the bus and over halfway to State, my son hollars out for the coach in frantic...he stutters out..."I forgot my running shoes." The look on Coach's face...Priceless. It was all a big joke in fun. The number of bear crawls my son was doing the beginning of the week after they got back...days worth.
