In north luce there is a pine tree that fell many months ago. Its located past the second bridge going north not counting ponderosa bridge. It has been not that big of deal because most all boats can actually pass under the fallen tree on the right side going north. But when I went up there last week some one has burned the tree at the very point it split and fell over. I dont know why some one would do this. Maybe it was to block boats going north or maybe someone was trying to good and failed. Yet what ever the reason why they didnt finish the job. Which has made it worse. Because it is spooky now going under this huge pine knowing that it is week now. It could fall anytime. And when it does I hope no one is under it. Maybe this post might result in action to make this area safe. Any one know what to do here?

Hopefully someone with a chain saw will go cut it to make it a safe passageway.

I have a chainsaw but it's electric, phooey.

Dobby, if you get your hands on a saw and want to take out that tree on Friday afternoon, count me in as helping hands.

For sure, Dobby. Whether we cut out a tree or try to find some fish it will be a good time.

If'n y'all are serious bout cutting this tree don't do it out of your boat.. .that would be purdy dangerous...

Leave it be it won't be long before it's washed down stream....
