.... is chicken hearts! Caught this one at Lake Nassau yesterday while cat fishing.

Talked to a friend who lives up on Toledo Bend today. Was told when they are fishing for perch and run out of worms, they will cut slivers of chicken hearts that look like worms. Said they catch perch and crappie.
