 Post subject: Smoked fish

Not really hard to smoke fish. Here's the way I do it.

1. Microwave butter in a bowl. 2 table spoons
2. Mix lemon pepper into the butter
3. Make a tray out of tinfoil with sides large enough to fold over.
4. Take melted butter sauce and pour it into the tinfoil saving a small bit to pour over the fish.
5. Place fish in the foil and pour remaining sauce over the fish.
6. Put in a wood burning pit smoker and smoke the fish until you see the tips of the fish looking a little dry.
7. Flip all the fish over and repeat step 6.
8. Poke holes in the foil and let the sauce drain out. Or remove it and pour it out.
9. Flip the fish once more and let it dry a bit more then remove and serve.

I tried smoking fish once, but I couldn't keep it lit.

Sound about the way I use to do reds on a half shell cept I didn't have ta flip it....

yes those scales are tough to cut through.

SK has been a good buddy, he makes me laugh a lot

sometimes i just have to mess with him.
