I made these up again and this time i used

the soft corn tortillas and they are much better than the flour tortilla to me .

just get your grease hot before putting the corn
tortilla into it .

you have to fold the tortilla quick after putting it in the grease.

take the tortilla out of the grease once it starts
to get a tiny bit stiff do not let it get hard.
keep turning it till it is a little stiff on each side.

remove from oil and wipe with paper towel..

i tried something a little different last night;

lay out your crappie fillets,
coat with slap-ya-mama
onion powder
garlic powder
course ground black pepper
only season one side of the fillet
lay fillets out in a micro wave safe plastic bowl
one thin slice of butter per fillet
surround fillets with lemon juice
micro-wave on cook for three minutes [be sure not to close the lid all the way]
break up fillets & micro-wave for three more minutes
add 3 tbl spoons of hellmans real mayo & mix
put on flour or corn tortilla
add lettuce, avacado & tomatoes

yummy to my tummy!
