Whats with the new wake zones on the East Fork? For the ones in front of the Commons Beach does it just mean between the buoys and the beach or the whole river? The buoys upriver at the sand bar is annoying. Most of those boats don't need to be up there to start with and making those knowledgeable of the area slow down is actually more dangerous as now you got you lower unit hanging down when you cross the logs just upstream.

I think it’s between the buoys and the beach.

yeah that new no wake zone sucks!!!!! the other one is between buoys and beach. Hate slowing down for folks floating in the middle of the river. not sure how anyone can enjoy swimming in the East Fork, especially at that bottleneck where so much debris and scum sits on water cause very little wind getting through there. Water clarity like chocolate milk, Yuck....All kidding aside, there are some big stumps in that area so be wary.
