....Is what the headlines will read if you do not drink enough water!
My buddy SK mentioned something about water intake in the most recent crappie tourney results, and it brought to mind a stat I came across some time ago.
It was along the lines of:
If you remain in bed COMPLETELY still for THE ENTIRE day with the AC cranked to 70....
You will STILL lose a litre of water from simply breathing.
Any physical exertion just requires MORE water.
You smoke? Even more water needed!
Sweat lost...water needs replacing.
So, without moving a muscle, in the AC....you still need a gallon a day!!!!
Oh yeah, should you want the body's waste removal systems to work even marginally well...guess what you need? More fiber! Joking ...MORE WATER! Food never moves through the body dry. Micronutrients can't be absorbed without adequate water.
Please don't die on the lake. I would hate to use one of those white crosses as structure that possibly holds fish. So, if you don't want me making a fishing hole of your memory, DRINK ENOUGH WATER!!
