That is a shame i thought it was in the law books your responsible for
you wake. But the law does not do much to enforce it. I see that same thing
almost happening daily on the luces bayou where some of the small
jon boats are pushed around very severely by bay and bass boats coming to
close and pushing big waves over the sides of the jon boats or washing them
into tree limbs at the shore line.
