Check out this link. All the Class Action Lawyer will have to do is show this and they will win. I'm an engineer and this is about the dumbest explanation I have ever heard for not prereleasing water.

First they argue in Point 1 that the Conroe watershed is a small portion of the Lake Houston watershed so dropping Lake Conroe would not have much effect. Then the argue in Point 2 that dropping Conroe would have refilled and tripled the drop in Lake Houston. Would you like to have your cake and eat it to?

Here is a meeting for those who were flooded in the Huffman area also as Tom has took time to try to help with this.

COMMUNITY MEETING REGARDING FLOODING - UPDATE
I have confirmed that Attorney Kim Spurlock of Spurlock & Associates and City Councilman Dave Martin will be with us for the meeting on Tuesday evening. State Representative Dan Huberty is out of town but has indicated full support for our efforts.
Kim has agreed to represent those of us who wish to join the a class action against the San Jacinto River Authority et al.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 19 at 5:30 p.m. at the May Community Center located at 2100 Wolf Road in Huffman. Please mark your calendars!

This meeting is open to all in Huffman and will focus on the devastation caused by the Luce Bayou flooding. We need to come together and take action! Kim will explain the strategy and logistics for moving forward. There is no need to bring any personal information at this time.

Please pass the meeting information on to all of our friends and neighbors. Rob Boudreaux and I will be distributing flyers in the community this weekend.

Thanks!

Good. Come to Scott's Point, we are the houses behind the piles of debris that used to be our homes and belongings...
Thanks for your efforts.
