working on my 175hp evinrude . The motor finally went out on the power trim.
only three tiny screws holding the motor on the hydraulic unit, but one of the
screws fits back in a little cut out in the engine mounting bracket . no way to get
it loose unless you pull the hydraulic unit loose from the outboard remoce the pin
in the tilt cylinder rod. remove all the bolts on the hydraulic unit so you and swivel
he whole unit down enough to get a screw driver on the last screw holding the motor.
only about a 45 minute job.%$))#@!! three days later finally finished and will be out
on the water tomorrow .

You would think it a great idea to have the engineers service the products for a couple of years before they're allowed to design said products.
